Minimum Explorer 6.0 ~ Explorer 8.0 recommended; minimum display resolution of 1024*768 recommended

When a downloaded file does not open
Click [Viewer program]download the relevant program on the relevant page, and install it. You can now use the file.

The menu bar in the explore, click tool ->Internet option->High class->Explore->URL at the top menu of Explorer to UTF-8 (you need to reboot your PC)" is executed. Enlargement/Reduction
